In 2005, I went through Hurricane Rita. I had over 60 large trees down, Melanie sent an employee (Tray) to my home to see where they could help. In 2020, We had 2 hurricanes hit and Melanie and her staff were helpful, from start to finish. In closing, to be honest, if it wasn't for Melanie and her staff, we would have gone elsewhere for our insurance needs but why would I leave since I am getting the best service! A side note, the 3 hurricanes I mentioned, Melanie and her staff had damage to their homes and her business like me, but continued to answer my calls. You just can't beat that!"
