In closing, to be honest, if it wasn't for Melanie and her staff, we would have gone elsewhere for our insurance needs but why would I leave since I am getting the best service!
A side note, the 3 hurricanes I mentioned, Melanie and her staff had damage to their homes and her business like me, but continued to answer my calls. You just can't beat that!"

Recently went thru a crazy accident and had a horriable misunderstanding with the claims department . Over the holiday weekend Melanie was on the phone with the claims department and myself. Most agents would have said call my office Monday morning. We are still dealing with the accident but she has taken up talking to the handler with me. Not to even mention the money she has saved me over the years with all my kids driving. If there was more then 5 stars I would click that. You can't ask for a better agent."
