"We have had auto insurance with Melanie Perry and her staff for years and years. Always the best service. Recently went thru a crazy accident and had a horriable misunderstanding with the claims department . Over the holiday weekend Melanie was on the phone with the claims department and myself. Most agents would have said call my office Monday morning. We are still dealing with the accident but she has taken up talking to the handler with me. Not to even mention the money she has saved me over the years with all my kids driving. If there was more then 5 stars I would click that. You can't ask for a better agent."

The office is organized and tidy, but I took off a star for the very casual office atmosphere (eating lunch in the office, chewing gum, eating candy). I am quite happy with the service I receive there."
